About Volunteering With Us
We’re a small but committed team of 15 volunteers, and we’re growing. Our foundation supports activists and communities around the world — from mental health support to HIV/AIDS advocacy, our work is driven by care, solidarity, and long-term commitment.
We’re looking for new volunteers who share these values and want to be part of something meaningful and lasting.
How You Can Contribute
We’re currently seeking volunteers to strengthen the foundation behind our work. If you’re passionate about community, strategy, and care, you might be a good fit for one of the following roles:
Grant Manager
The Grant Manager researches funding opportunities, prepares applications, and stewards relationships with public institutions and grant-making bodies that align with the foundation’s mission.
Sponsor Manager
The Sponsor Manager builds and maintains relationships with companies and organisations that support — or could support — the Rainbow Salute Foundation.
Activist Relations
Connect with activists we support, maintain regular communication, and ensure their needs and voices guide our work.
Meet April Activist Relations
Volunteering with Rainbow Salute has been deeply meaningful to me. As an ally, I’ve learned so much from the activists we support and have seen firsthand the impact of care-centred work. Being part of a foundation that listens, uplifts, and responds to real community needs has changed how I think about solidarity. It’s a privilege to contribute to something so intentional and rooted in trust.
