Coaching
Our 3-month programme supports activists facing burnout, feeling overwhelmed, or in isolation — whether you’re working in LGBTQIA+ advocacy, HIV/AIDS justice, or other equity-driven movements. The programme offers a structured, compassionate space to build strength from within.
Providing support to those in need
Eligible participants of our programme will receive:
- A monthly live group coaching call with Meghan (they/them)
- Weekly check-ins for ongoing support and accountability
- Guided meditations to ground, calm, and reconnect
- Unlimited access to a private membership platform with queer-centered content on:
- Nutrition
- Rest and sleep
- Mindset and identity
- Exercise and energy management
- Resilience, values, and more
Meet your guide
Meghan Crutchley is a U.S. National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with over a decade of experience. They hold a Master’s in Education and a degree in Buddhist Studies, and bring a deeply compassionate, trauma-aware, and justice-rooted lens to all they do. Their approach blends evidence-based strategies with deep listening, mindfulness, and a commitment to healing-centered transformation.
This is not about quick fixes — it’s about building sustainable, values-aligned change through mindfulness, self-awareness, and intentional action.
